Integra Realty Resources (IRR) is the nation’s largest independent commercial real estate market research, valuation, and consulting firm, with 66 offices, over 900 personnel, and over 200 MAI-designated professionals – more than any other firm. The San Diego office is managed by Jeff Greenwald, an MAI-designated professional with over 25 years of experience.  In addition, our staff includes three other MAI-designated appraisers as well as ASA-designated appraisers.
